A short note about enquiry data.
What happens to the details you send through the contact form.
What is collected
Name, email address, the topic you choose, and your message. Phone and business name only if you add them. Technical basics such as time of submission may be stored with the enquiry.
What it is used for
To read the enquiry and reply. Not for a mailing list, not for advertising, and not sold to anyone.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in Europe on Google Cloud so I can reply to them. They are not used for marketing, and the public website cannot read them.
How long it is kept
For as long as it is useful to handle the enquiry and any follow-up work, then deleted. There is no separate marketing database.

Email hello@qiiq.co.uk if you want a copy of what was sent, or for it to be deleted.
